This self-guided tour presented by Cottonwood’s Historic Preservation Commission explores more than two dozen unique, historic properties like the Cottonwood Hotel whose famous guests included John Wayne, Gail Russell, and Elvis Presley. 

Cottonwood Art Festival

“Verde Valley’s Premiere Arts Celebration on Earth Day” celebrates where art meets nature with fine arts, selected crafts, live performances, local wine tasting, and farm-to-table demonstrations – all hosted by the Verde Valley Arts Council.
